NAPLES, FL. (April 1, 2008) – The Gulf Bay® Group of Companies announces plans to develop a high rise in the master-planned community of Pelican Bay, Naples, Florida.
Phase 1 of the development consists of a north tower, Cap d'Antibes®, to be located at Waterpark Place, a gated-community in Pelican Bay. Cap d'Antibes® will offer 20 stories and 76 luxury residences when complete. A second tower is scheduled for Phase 2 of the project.

Parking will be provided in a controlled access garage, and four designer-decorated elevators will provide proximity card access to private foyers in most residences.
Living area features in all residences include guest bedrooms with full baths, eight-inch base board throughout, crown molding in main living areas, brass door hardware and wood closet shelving. A centralized lighting control system in selected areas will also be pre-wired for future expansion by the purchaser.
All kitchens will include Miele® appliances with natural gas cook tops, an instant hot and water filtration system serving the kitchen sink, European style cabinets with designer decorative pulls, built-in pantry cabinets, granite countertops and island with vegetable sink.
